How can I contact King Living?

Where is the King Outlet located?

A. Our King Outlet operates exclusively online and does not have a physical storefront. However, if you place an order for pickup, we will verify the state in which the order was placed and arrange for pickup from the nearest warehouse.

How do I know what products are available in my location? 

A. Click on King Outlet website here and enter your postcode or suburb in the upper left-hand corner of the homepage, you will be able to view all the products available in the warehouse closest to you. From there, you can browse all the great products currently available on sale.

Can I collect my order from a King Living Showroom?

A. No, all orders created for collection must be picked up from our warehouse indicated at the time of checkout.

What are my delivery options?

A. There are two delivery options available:

  • Express – Delivery of packaged furniture only.
  • Deluxe – Includes delivery, assembly, and disposal of packaging.

When will I receive my delivery?

A. You will receive your delivery on the date selected at checkout, or as advised by our Despatch Team.

Can I get same day delivery?

A. No, delivery is scheduled for the date selected at checkout. 

Do you deliver to my area?

A. The availability of delivery depends on where you are located, whether in a metropolitan or regional area. To confirm, select a product and proceed to checkout, where you can enter your preferred delivery address. The website will then display the available delivery options or notify you if the address is outside our service area. You can also reach out to Customer Support Team for more information. 

How can I track my delivery?

A. Once your order has been finalised and delivery has been confirmed, tracking information will be provided to you via the communication method chosen at checkout. Please contact our Customer Support Team for any delivery timeframes and estimated arrival times.

Do you offer storage for me to pick up my order at a later date?

A. Once your order has been confirmed and ready to collect, pick up will be required on the nominated date selected at checkout. Should you experience any obstacles with collecting on the nominated date, please contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.

What payment methods are accepted?

A. The following payment methods are accepted:

Is the price listed the final offer?

A. Yes, no further discounts apply. Products are sold at a discounted price.

Can I cancel my order after it has been confirmed?

A. Once your order has been confirmed, we do not offer the ability to cancel an order as per the Terms and Conditions of sale.

Can I return sale items if I don't like what I've chosen or it doesn't fit?

A. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. It is important to check that the product you are purchasing is suitable for your needs and will fit in your desired space. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You can read more about about that in our terms and conditions here

Can I change the colour or fabric of the product if I prefer something different?

A. Absolutely! Offering a range of convenient services, including recovering and refurbishment, King Care® are a dedicated in-house team. King Care® products and services exist to keep your King Living furniture looking its very best. You can find out more about King Care® here

What is the return policy?

A. Please refer to our website for the Terms and Conditions of Sale for Clearance Products. Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange for change of mind or wrong selection. To view King Terms and Conditions of Sale for Clearance Products click here 

Are the products list on King Outlet all ‘brand new’?

A. The product condition for each product will be visible on the product page. Products listed will either be brand new (unused), like new (used for display purposes), or with minimal wear. Please refer to the grading on the product page for further clarification. See example below:

Can I view the furniture in a King Living Showroom before purchasing?

A. While the exact products featured on our King Outlet website are not able to viewed prior to purchase, you are welcome to visit a King Living Showroom to view similar items. Our showrooms will have various pieces on display in select colours and fabrics options. While we may not have the exact item you are intending to purchase on display, our showroom team will be able to assist you with any product enquiries you may have and we invite you to explore our range further. What are the Warranty Terms and Conditions of Sale?

A.      Warranty: Steel Frames only – 25 years.

           Delivery: Refer to Terms & Conditions of Sale here

           Cancellation: Not available.

           Storage: Not available.

           Payment: Payment in full is required at the time of purchase.
