What is a Legacy Tag and How Can I Locate it?

What is a Legacy Tag?

A Legacy Tag is a personalised label that displays your name, order number, and part number. This tag is essential for our King Care® team, who specialise in recovery and refurbishment services. The information on the Legacy Tag allows the team to access your exact order details, design, and sofa module sizes, ensuring that the correct sizes and designs are provided when you order new covers. If you have added other modules or made additional orders over the years, please inform your King Care consultant. This will help guarantee that all necessary covers are created to fit your furniture.

Where is it Located?

Each individual sofa module, including platforms, arms, backs, and cushions, has a Legacy Tag. The tag can be found on the back, underside, or arm of the module, just inside the cover. This applies to both indoor and outdoor sofa designs.

To access the tag, follow these simple steps:

1. Unzip or undo the Velcro cover.
2. Run your fingers along the inside of the zipper or Velcro to locate the tag.

Locating the Legacy Tag on Occasional Chairs

Regardless of the specific design or style of your King Living occasional chair, you can find the Legacy Tag on the back of the chair, inside the cover.

To access the tag, follow these simple steps:

1. Locate the zipper or Velcro fastening on the back of the chair cover.
2. Gently unzip or undo the Velcro cover to reveal the inside of the backrest.
3. Look for the Legacy Tag, which should now be visible.

Locating the Legacy Tag on Ottomans

For King Living ottomans, the Legacy Tag can be found on the underside of the furniture.

To access the tag, follow these steps:

1. Carefully lift or turn the ottoman to access its underside.
2. Locate the Velcro or zipper fastening on the bottom cover of the ottoman.
3. Gently undo the Velcro or unzip the entire cover to reveal the inside of the ottoman.
4. Look for the Legacy Tag, which should now be visible.

The order number is located underneath the barcode.
